Frogs vs. Toads
Scientifically, there is no real difference between frogs and toads. The word “toad” usually refers to frogs who are classified in a few specific families (Bufonidae, Pelobatidae, and Discoglossidae, mainly) of warty, terrestrial frogs. Basically, all toads are frogs, but not all frogs are toads.
