Getting Started
In the wild, a Dumpy treefrog can generally meet his own physical needs; in captivity, you will need to help him meet his physical needs. There are certain supplies you should make sure your treefrog has, in order to ensure his health and comfort. The following are some suggested items:
- Cage (basic terrarium)
- Heat Source (low-wattage light)
- Substrate
- Hide box
- Water bowl
- Food (mice and a variety of insects)
