Natural History of Dumpy (White's) Tree FrogThe Dumpy treefrog (also known as White’s treefrog) is originally from eastern Australia and southern New Guinea. These frogs are now commonly bred in captivity and widely available in the pet trade. Their color is bright green to bluish green with big, golden eyes. Dumpy treefrogs rarely grow any larger than 4 inches in length, including their rather large and heavy hands and feet.
