One of the best ways to make sure that you and your fire salamander get off on the right foot is to purchase the appropriate supplies. Your new pet will need certain things to ensure his health and comfort in captivity. The following is a list of some suggested items:
- Cage
- Substrate
- Hide Box
- Water Bowl (shallow to avoid drowning)
- Food (variety of insects and small rodents)
