Leopard frogs are predators. In the wild, they will eat just about anything they can fit in their mouth. In captivity, they should be fed a varied diet, including crickets, mealworms, and guppies. They can be fed mice periodically, but not as a staple component of their diet. For the first few months, leopard frogs should be fed daily. As they get older, they can be fed bigger meals less often, about twice per week.
